How to Renew

To renew your membership, there are two things you need to do.

Renew Your AGB Membership

Your Archery GB membership runs for a year from the date you joined. Their old system where everyone renewed on 30th September has been changed, although members who originally joined when that was the system will still have a renewal date of 30th September.

AGB will send you an email to remind you to renew. The email will have a link to the renewal page. You will need to log into Sport 80, and navigate your way through “My Athletes” to “Your Profile” when you should see a “Renew” button. It’s a simple enough process from there. Remember to make Bowmen of Warfield your primary club, unless you are an associate member. Note: That is the method at September 2026. We will try to keep this up to date with any changes.

Keep a screen-grab of the payment confirmation. You will need it to join Bowmen of Warfield. 

You should receive your electronic membership card pretty quickly. It’s best to add it to your phone’s wallet and then take a screen grab of that as well.

Make a note of your AGB renewal date.

Renew your BoW Membership

All Bowmen of Warfield memberships renew on 1st October. Before the renewal date, you will receive an email from our membership secretary, explaining in detail how to renew.

First please pay the club the relevant amount for your membership using the bank details in the email. Keep a screen-grab of the payment receipt.

Then click through here to Membermojo to renew. You can renew up to a month ahead. 

You should check that all your details are correct, and then complete the online renewal. You will need:

• Your BoW membership number (advised in the email)
• Proof of payment to BoW
• AGB renewal date
• AGB proof of payment and/or copy of membership

Tell Membermojo you are paying by BACS. It will let you continue to renew. It won’t take your money again.

Associates

We ask that when you renew your AGB membership you select Bowmen of Warfield as an affiliated club (not your primary club) as this will allow us to ensure that all members have a current AGB membership.

Families

Membermojo lets you renew for another person who shares your email address.

Important Note

For security reasons the gate code will be changed as from 1st October to a different number. Members will be notified of the new code via email once confirmation of the renewal fee is received. Could we please remind you that under no circumstances are any archers to continue shooting at the club after 30th September if the renewal fee is not paid and your membership confirmed, as you will no longer be insured.
