Below is the club job role for the External Tournament Officer

The responsibility of the External Tournament Officer is to:

• Communicate external tournaments, including posting the relevant forms in the clubhouse and updating the website.
• Be the main contact for members to ask questions about tournaments.
• Produce the Sunday summer suggested morning shoot schedule.
• Collate all external tournament scores that members shoot at and to pass the information over to the records officer in the necessary prescribed format.
