• Receive and administrate request to join the club
• Maintain and update membership records
• Maintain Club Member Subscriptions

Treasurer, Linda Rudnick

• Manage the club finances
• Submit the club accounts for annual auditing

Bowyer, Charles Van Rensburg

• Maintain & store existing club equipment
• Purchase consumables and new equipment

Records Officer, Colin Simpson 

• Record club shooting scores
• Publish details of shooting handicap scores
• Maintain and award trophies

Head Coach, Steve Cornish

• Liaise with the bowyer and coaches to ensure that club equipment is suitable and available for courses and events
• Liaise with the club coaches to agree the structure and timing of courses through regular meetings
• Provide coaching support for Junior club
• Provide mentoring and training for coaches, particularly new coaches

Field Officer

• Arrange maintenance of the field and equipment
• Liaise with the committee and Tournament Organisers to arrange and run Field Days when necessary and required.
• Communicate with the Executive Committee on the state of the Field and equipment
